Often business owners and management are so busy with day to day operations managing employees and customers that they do not have the time to complete regular strategic reviews of growth options, including potential acquisitions and offshore growth opportunities. Barrack & York can assist with:

(v) Specialised accounting, tax and legal advice

As part of our service, Barrack & York coordinates all accounting, tax and legal advice that may be required to complete an engagement. Barrack & York has developed preferred relationships with several boutique accounting and legal firms that provide very good service and have extensive experience working with smaller and mid-size companies (see the Alliances page on this website). Barrack & York usually assists clients by negotiating competitive fixed fees for agreed deliverables with its preferred accounting and legal service providers, which are then invoiced directly by the service provider to our client, thereby avoiding unpleasant surprises. We are happy to work with a client’s current accounting and legal service providers if they are able to provide the services that are required for an engagement.
